At Aalborg University’s ‘Design Lab’ research group we use design thinking as a driver for sustainable transition. As part of the Industrial Design education at Aalborg University, we approach the present challenges of the unsustainable production and consumption patterns with new ground-breaking ideas and approaches.
Our research at Aalborg University is divided over three mayor categories, which allows us to diversify our approach to acquiring knowledge on sustainable design. Our main focus in research is sustainability and longevity in design and our category ‘Circular Design’ is growing exponentially.
